We use these only to respond to your enquiry, confirm bookings, arrange tours and transfers you ask for, and prepare for your stay.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details. We do not send marketing you didn't ask for. Your information is shared only with the people directly involved in your stay — for example, a driver or licensed guide who needs your name and pick-up time.
Storage & security
Enquiries are stored securely and accessible only to the Villa Massis team. Keep in mind that email and WhatsApp travel over third-party networks, so please avoid sending sensitive payment information through them.
Your choices
