Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only once we have personally confirmed availability, rates and details with you in writing, and any agreed deposit has been received.
Rates & payment
Rates are quoted personally for your dates and party, in writing, before you commit. We don't publish fixed prices here because they vary with season, length of stay and what's included — ask us and you'll get a clear, complete answer.
Tours & transfers
Experiences, tours and transfers arranged through Villa Massis are operated by licensed local partners. Schedules can shift with weather, river levels and road conditions — especially for cave and Mountain Pine Ridge tours. We'll always suggest the best available alternative.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are shared with you in writing at the time of booking and can vary by season and party size. If your plans change, talk to us early — we're reasonable people living in a village that understands travel.
The fine print, human scale
Staying in the jungle means accepting its soundtrack and its weather. We maintain everything carefully, but this is Belize, and the howler monkeys did not sign this agreement. For anything unclear, write to info@villamassis.com.
